Order Processing

Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Payment

At this time, Amoure Luxe exclusively accepts Apple Pay.

After submitting your order, you will receive a secure Apple Pay payment request sent to the mobile phone number provided during checkout.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Although we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
