Are your items authentic?

Absolutely.

Every item we sell is 100% authentic and carefully inspected before being listed for sale.

Each purchase includes a Certificate of Authentication for your records and peace of mind.

We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. If an item is ever proven by a recognized independent authentication service accepted by Amoure Luxe to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund under our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee.


What is your Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee?

We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell for life.

If an item purchased from Amoure Luxe is determined to be inauthentic by a recognized independent authentication service that we accept, we will honor our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee by accepting the return and issuing a full refund. We may request authentication documentation as part of the claims review process.

Your confidence in shopping with us is our highest priority.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible purchases.

To qualify for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • All protective coverings, packaging, accessories, and authentication documents must be included.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.


How do I request a return?

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping carrier.


When does processing begin?

Processing begins only after payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Payment FAQs

What payment methods do you accept?

We proudly accept all major credit and debit cards, including:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Eligible international credit and debit cards
  • Apple Pay

All card payments are securely invoiced through Acctual.

After you place your order, you will receive:

  • A secure payment link sent via text message to the phone number provided during checkout.
  • A detailed invoice with a secure payment link sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Payment requests are typically sent:

  • Within 1 hour during normal business hours.
  • Within 6 hours for orders placed outside normal business hours.

Once payment is received, your order will immediately move into processing.


Is my payment secure?

Yes.

Your payment security is extremely important to us.

All payments are securely processed through Acctual, an encrypted invoicing and payment platform.

Amoure Luxe never stores, views, or retains your credit or debit card information.

Your payment details are entered directly into Acctual's secure payment portal.


Why do you send an invoice instead of charging my card immediately?

To provide a secure checkout experience, all card payments are completed through a secure Acctual invoice.

This allows us to verify your order before payment while ensuring your financial information remains protected.


How long do I have to complete my payment?

We ask that payment be completed within 1 hour of receiving your invoice.

Because many of our items are limited in quantity or one-of-a-kind, inventory cannot be reserved indefinitely. If payment is not received within 1 hour, your invoice will automatically become invalid, your order will be canceled, and the item may be made available for purchase by other customers.

If you anticipate needing additional time, please contact us before your invoice expires. While extensions cannot be guaranteed, we are happy to assist whenever possible.


Apple Pay Split Payment FAQs

How does Apple Pay Split Payment work?

Customers who choose Apple Pay Split Payment may divide their purchase into four equal weekly payments.

Your first payment is due immediately when completing your Apple Pay payment request. The remaining three payments are automatically charged every seven (7) days.

Apple Pay Split Payments are available only when Apple Pay is selected as your payment method. Credit and debit card purchases processed through Acctual must be paid in full.


Is there an additional fee?

Yes.

A 5% service fee is added to purchases using the Apple Pay Split Payment option.

This fee covers the administration and payment management associated with installment payments.


When will my order ship?

Orders using Apple Pay Split Payment are processed within 1–2 business days after your final installment has been successfully received.


How many payments will I make?

Your purchase is divided into:

  • Four equal weekly payments
  • First payment due immediately
  • Three remaining payments automatically due every seven days

Can I pay my balance early?

Yes.

Simply contact our customer support team to pay your remaining balance before your scheduled payment dates.


What happens if I miss a payment?

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

If payment is not received within 14 days, your order will be cancelled, your payments (less the 5% service fee) will be refunded, and the item will be relisted for sale.


Can I return an item purchased using Apple Pay Split Payment?

Yes.

Eligible purchases may be returned under our 30-Day Return Policy.

If your return is approved before all installment payments have been completed, your refund will first be applied toward any remaining balance. Any remaining refund will then be issued to your original payment method.

The 5% Split Payment service fee is non-refundable once order processing has begun.


Can I cancel my Apple Pay Split Payment order?

Orders may only be cancelled before your first payment has been received and before processing begins.

Once processing has started, your order is subject to our standard Return Policy.


Does the Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee still apply?

Absolutely.

Every purchase made using Apple Pay Split Payment includes the same Certificate of Authentication and Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee as any other purchase.

Do you sell new or pre-owned items?

Our inventory includes carefully selected luxury items that may be:

  • Excellent pre-owned pieces
  • Like-new items
  • Brand-new items with original tags (when available)

Each product listing clearly describes the item's condition.


How do you inspect your items?

Every item undergoes a detailed inspection before being listed.

We carefully examine:

  • Stitching
  • Hardware
  • Materials
  • Date codes or serial identifiers (when applicable)
  • Logos and craftsmanship
  • Overall condition

Only items meeting our authenticity and quality standards are offered for sale.


Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Yes.

Whenever possible, we photograph the actual item you will receive.

Any signs of wear or imperfections will be clearly disclosed in the product listing.


Are luxury items final sale?

No.

Eligible items may be returned within our 30-day return period provided all return requirements are met.

Our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee always remains in effect.


Do your items come with original boxes or dust bags?

Some items include original packaging, dust bags, boxes, receipts, authenticity cards, or accessories.

Everything included with your purchase will be listed in the product description.


Are you affiliated with Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, or other luxury brands?

No.

Amoure Luxe is an independent luxury resale business.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, or any other designer brand.

All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.


Do you offer international shipping?

Yes.

We proudly accept orders from customers around the world.

International customers receive the same secure payment experience through Acctual.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and delivery times vary by destination and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


What happens if my package is delayed?

Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are beyond our control.

If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you.


What if my package is lost?

If your shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately.

We'll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.


Is my personal information secure?

Yes.

Protecting your privacy is one of our highest priorities.

Customer information is used solely to process orders, provide customer support, and improve your shopping experience.

We never sell your personal information.

Credit and debit card information is securely processed through Acctual and is never stored by Amoure Luxe.
